Clive Alcock is the founding Director of NLP Corporate, an expert business consulting firm specialising in high quality applications of NLP that significantly improve human and business performance. With over twenty years experience in a variety of consulting and management roles, Clive has successfully applied Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to a wide range of business transformation initiatives within many of Australia's leading organisations.

Prior to establishing NLP Corporate, Clive held a number of senior positions in the global professional services firm of Deloitte Consulting, including People Management (HR) Director, CRM Project Director, Senior Manager in Organisation Performance and Change Leadership Manager. Before joining Deloitte, Clive worked with Australia 's largest consumer healthcare company of Parke-Davis/Warner Lambert, in positions that included Employee Development Manager and Senior HR Manager (Sales and Marketing).

Clive began his professional career with BHP Steel, where he held a variety of positions that included Organisational Development Principal, Organisational Development Officer and Training and Development Consultant. During that time, Clive also successfully managed a niche consulting firm specialising in sales and communication skills training.

A range of academic qualifications underpin Clive's extensive corporate experience, including the Change Management Qualification, Bachelor of Arts Degree (Psychology), Associate Diploma in Adult Education (Training) and Certificate in Human Resource Management.

Clive is a certified Practitioner and Master Practitioner of NLP, where he studied extensively with the co-creator of NLP, Dr. John Grinder , as well as recently being awarded the Graduate Certificate in NLP. Clive holds full NLP Trainer accreditation with the Australian NLP Trainers Registration Body and he is arguably one of the most experienced NLP Trainers and Business Consultants in Australia today - having trained in both classic and new code NLP (including Ericksonian processes) with many the world's leading trainers.
